Job Description

Minimum Requirements
•Previous experience operating a switchboard
•At least 2 years’ reception experience in a corporate environment
•Grade 12, although an administrative or switchboard operator qualification would prove advantageous
•MS Office and above-average computer skills
•Exhibits a clear, professional, friendly and energetic voice and personality

•Excellent telephone manner
•Good attention to detail
•Good follow-up skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills

•Neat and organised
•Fluent in at least two of the official languages
