Qualifications & Experience:
Grade 12 or Senior Certificate
Secretarial or Office Management qualification or atudying towards one
Knowledge os SAP
Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Secretarial or equivalent environment
Able to work under pressure
To support the effective functioning of the Marine Ops Manager’s office by providing high level administrative support and professional assistance, whilst maintaining the appropriate level of confidentiality, sophistication and protocol required of this position.
