The Management role is of the highest importance.   Main Functions: MANAGEMENT: Manage ERP Business Processes and ERP Applications and related sub-systems for the entire group Plan, organise, control and evaluate IT and all aspects of business operations in relation to the ERP scope of work and related sub-systems Proactively work with Senior Management and Line of Business Managers to help optimise business operations and create a “continuous improvement” culture within the Company Management of ERP application support staff and co-ordination with IT Service Provider Design, develop, implement and coordinate business processes, systems, policies and procedures Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time Audit ERP systems and assess their outcomes Coordinate and communicate with IT service providers, software vendors and technical support team to get the job done in time. Coordinate and work closely with IT Manager responsible for IT Infrastructure in the group   OPERATION & SUPPORT: Perform daily system monitoring of ERP and related sub-systems: Manage and Maintain ERP Reporting systems. Manage the development of database queries and provide system reports helpful for business operations/analysis when required. Performs ongoing tuning of the database instances Creates and maintains all databases required for development,testing, and production usage. Performs database re-organisations as required to assist performance and ensure maximum uptime of the database Evaluates releases of ERP and its tools, and third party products to ensure that the Group is running the products that are most appropriate.
