Consultants are also required to manage the quality and consistency of the product and service delivery to the client. A significant part of this role is the effective management of client relationships.   Main Functions: 80% of the role’s primary function is the acquisition of new clients and the maintenance of those accounts. This role is very target driven. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up Identify and resolve client concerns Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field study to appropriate company staff. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock. Other duties as assigned. 20% Administration: Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services. Follow-up for collection of payments Coordinate delivery of merchandise to clients Handling of on-going client queries   Requirements: Basic reading, writing and accounting skills required. Matric or equivalent high school qualification is sufficient. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose and edit written material. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques, which can be acquired through formal training and at least a year’s worth of sales experience. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. Work requires a significant amount of local travel to current and potential clients. A valid driver’s license is therefore required. Willingness to work a flexible schedule is sometimes required.   Specialized Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the company’s products, pricing practices and selling skills. Excellent time management and communication and organizational skills required. Experience: 1 to 2 years FROM THE OFFICE AUTOMATION Industry   Equipment and Applications: PCs and various software applications. Heavy telephone usage.   Working Conditions: Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Working hours: 08h00 to 16h30 Monday to Friday.

In the project team you will be accompanied by a BIM Coordinator and within the engineering team you will work with the Head of Engineering on your development. In this role, you will autonomously design electrical installations using the BIM principle.   Main Functions: You will be our internal specialist to translate our techniques into BIM models and produce design and execution drawings. You will test the models for applicability, quality requirements and feasibility in implementation. You are substantively responsible for the quality of the BIM model and, after approval, independently checks third party drawings and project data on technical content aspects and signals inconsistencies. You are involved in applying data for 4D and 5D models. You develop the working processes and methods related to BIM and keep them up to date. You share your knowledge with colleagues and are able to enthuse them to work according to the BIM principle.   Requirements: Experience: Higher Vocational Education (Bachelor degree program), in electrical engineering and or installation engineering (mechanical engineering), supplemented with a Revit, StabiCAD, Nordined and / or Autocad certificate. You have 5 years of experience as a drafter, Engineer or Project Coordinator in Electrical Engineering and have the drive to develop you in the field of BIM. You have experience with AutoCad, StabiCAD, Nordined and Revit, and can work according to the BIM methodology You have affinity with IT and know how to analyze data and connect correctly.
