National Sales Manager – Based in Western Cape   Well established company is looking for a highly-motivated National Sales Manager / Sales Leader to manage our sales force. Must have Fertilizer / Agri-Nutrients experience.   Qualifications / Experience University degree in Engineering or Business discipline / MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification. 10+ years’ experience in the Petrochemicals / Agri-Nutrients or similar industrial environment 5+ sales management experience with responsibility for major product Proven track record negotiation large business contracts / experience in facilitating tenders, contracts, liaising with the government Demonstrated successful track record leading a sales team exceeding annual revenue goals. Experience will include selling complex solutions of services or equipment. PC literacy Experience utilizing a CRM to measure, manage, and track sales performance.   Key Responsibilities Set individual revenue targets (quotas) and drive their attainment throughout the Area while ensuring profitable sales. Maintain market awareness; stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental and competitive forces influencing the market. Enforce standards, set pricing practices, execute objectives and hold team accountable for performance. Ensure effective adherence to company policies, procedures and sales process. Drive functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout Area in partnership with the Sales and Marketing leadership. Recruitment of sales staff. Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development and corrective action. Create and maintain relationships at key levels with select customers and accounts; ensure timely and thorough follow-up. Ensure that assigned Area attracts, develops and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the market place. Compose monthly Communication Report. Legal Counsel – Southern Suburbs, Cape Town This individual will be responsible for key aspects of the legal requirements by taking responsibility for expert and reliable legal advice, contract management, governance, and compliance for the organisation.
