We are looking for telesales agents to sell Family funeral covers or cell phone contracts. As a sales consultant you will be calling customers from our data base. Pre-scored sales leads are provided. Work Hours: Mondays to Thursday 10h00 to 20h00 and Fridays from 8h00 to 15h00. Two Saturday’s work from 08h00 to 13h00 may be required from time to time. Transport home provided for late shift. Potential Income: 1) Min R4000+ 2) Basic salary & Commission + other incentives. Job Duties: Make calls to potential customers from database and sell products. Meet the required Key Performance Indicators with regards to weekly Activations, Sales, Call time-, Quality Assurance and Attendance Targets Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3 months Call Centre Outbound Sales experience in selling products or services Proven track record to sell in a target driven environment Grade 12 Essential Computer Literate Good verbal & written communication skills in English.
